"I suffered some roof damage (shingles displaced) from a recent severe storm that caused a leak and my ceiling inside obtained water damage. 1st claim ever on my State Farm homeowners coverage and it was a great experience. I immediately called Ryan who always answers his phone and he walked me through everything in filing a claim. Even called me within a week to make sure everything was going good. It is such a great feeling being able to reach your insurance agent personally as with other insurance companies I had used in the past , I was never able to do that. Ryan made it easy through the whole process and I would highly recommended him for all your insurance needs. Rich"
