"Realmente un poco desepcionada de esta compañía de seguros,yo pedi a la compañía que removiera a un conductor de mi póliza y para eso me pidieron que dicha persona fuera a la oficina a firmar unos documentos y ahora que me llegaron los documentos de renovación me doy cuenta de que no solo no removieron al conductor que les pedí si no que lo pusieron como conductor principal!! Llamé y me dijieron que no saben quién me atendió y que no saben dónde están los documentos y que es mi responsabilidad volver a empezar el proseso para remover a la persona. Me frustra que sean tan irresponsables en estos casos. Actualización de mi comentario: La agente Melany se contactó conmigo y resolvió todas mis inquietudes respecto a mi póliza,agradezco mucho que se tomaran el tiempo para llamarme,es por eso que cambié mi reseña"
