Ryan Salonia is an award-winning insurance agent providing coverage for individuals, families, and small businesses across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. But before he started his career as a celebrated State Farm Insurance agent, he was a Prof... at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey! After graduating, he headed straight into the insurance industry in 1997 starting his career by helping people manage through their claims.

His State Farm career continued to evolve while spending time in Public Affairs and Agency leadership before opening his own agency in 2007. His bi-lingual Spanish speaking office is proud to serve the community of Howell and the surrounding New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renter's Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance and Financial Services, with a focus on residents relocating to the Monmouth and Ocean County areas including Howell, Jackson, Freehold, Brick, and Lakewood.

His success has earned him attention in the industry. In addition to receiving awards from State Farm, Ryan was ranked within the top 5 New Jersey State Farm agents and top 100 out of 19,200 agents company-wide in helping people with Life Insurance in 2023. He was also 1 of 600 State Farm Agents (company-wide) to earn the international Million Dollar Roundtable qualification, which represents 1 percent of all financial producers (worldwide).

Ryan's philosophy for business is simple: put the customer first. This mantra is what has led Ryan to his recent decision to redesign his office to allow for more team members with an updated, relevant, safe and comfortable customer experience.

Given the significant customer growth the office has experienced over the last 16 years, Ryan is a busy guy. But he still finds time to enjoy his hobbies like traveling, running, hiking, and spending time with his family.
